Palm Sterling sources, arranges, coordinates, and manages such work and does not itself perform it unless expressly stated in a written agreement and permitted by law. Each Licensed Partner is solely responsible for the means, methods, and compliance of its own work, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This website, including all pages, content, features, and forms available at palmsterling.com and any associated subdomain (collectively, the "Site"), is owned and operated by Palm Sterling LLC, a California limited liability company ("Palm Sterling," "we," "us," or "our"). References to Palm Sterling include, where the context permits, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the operating companies presented on the Site, including Deer Gap, Alvera, Sylvara, Korvan, and Okanto (collectively, the "Palm Sterling Companies"), together with their respective members, managers, officers, employees, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns.
