ABOUT KORVAN

Korvan manages the heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems that keep a building comfortable and running, with all trade work performed by licensed partners. These systems sit behind walls and above ceilings, and they shape how every room feels. Korvan keeps them maintained, repaired, and ready all year round.

Mechanical systems perform best when they are cared for on a set schedule. Clean coils, fresh filters, and tuned controls keep equipment efficient, extend its useful life, and hold it ready for the hottest and coldest days of the year. Korvan brings that discipline to every property it serves, with one point of contact who coordinates each trade, so owners have a single call for every system on site.

WHAT IT DOES

For heating and cooling, Korvan arranges preventive maintenance that covers filter changes, coil cleaning, belt and motor checks, refrigerant levels, and thermostat and control settings. When equipment needs repair or reaches the end of its life, licensed technicians diagnose the problem and repair or replace each unit.

Plumbing service covers leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and the annual backflow testing local codes require. Electrical service covers lighting, circuits, panels, outlets, and backup power, along with upgrades to high-efficiency fixtures. When an urgent issue comes up, such as a burst pipe or a loss of power, Korvan dispatches a licensed partner to the site and manages the work to resolution.

WHO IT SERVES

Korvan serves the owners and managers of commercial buildings, including office towers, corporate campuses, and mixed-use properties. Facility teams rely on Korvan to keep rooftop units, boilers, water systems, and electrical service in good working order, so tenants work in comfort and building operations run smoothly.

Korvan also serves residential clients, from apartment and condominium buildings to private homes. In a residential building, the work centers on boilers and chillers, common area systems, and service calls from each unit. In a private home, it centers on furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and electrical work, arranged with care and carried out by licensed professionals who respect the house.

HOW IT WORKS

Every engagement rests on a survey of the property’s systems that records each unit, its age, its condition, and its service history. From it comes a written maintenance plan that sets out each visit, the tasks performed, and the timing through the year, so owners can budget for repairs and replacements well in advance.

Each property has a coordinator who schedules visits, assigns the right licensed partner to each task, and confirms the work is done. Partners are vetted for licenses, insurance, and quality, and held to the Palm Sterling standard. After each visit, the client receives a clear record of the work performed and any recommendations, and the coordinator stays the single point of contact for every system.
